When Will the Item I Need Be Back In Stock?
Simply add your email to the "Notify Me When This Item Is In Stock" on the product page with the part you are waiting for. Once the part is back in stock, an email will be sent informing you that the part is in stock with a link to the specific part.

Can't Find the Part You Are Looking For?
If the part you are looking for is not listed on the website then we do not have the part. All parts we have in stock are listed on the website. We do not have a estimated time frame for when new items will be received as this fluctuates.

Canceling your Order:
If you would like to cancel an order that has been placed you will need to contact us before shipment. Many orders are packaged and shipped immediately after being processed, especially near the end of the workday. If your order was shipped we cannot cancel your order. You will need to contact us requesting an RMA to return the order.

Altering or Changing Items In an Order That Has Been Placed:
Our current system will not allow any items in an order to be altered. This includes changing the shipping method, quantity of an item, adding an item, and removing an item. To change an order you must email our customer service team and cancel your order, you can then re-order with the correct changes.

Returns / RMA's:
Requesting Return Merchandise Authorization can be done using this form, assuming the part meets all of the return credentials. Our return policy can be found here.

Email Time-Frame:
All emails are responded to as soon as possible, normally within 24 hours. Emails are normally answered Monday - Friday from 8AM - 5PM PST.
