Welcome to our RepairsUniverse.com web site. By using the RepairsUniverse.com site, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms of use. Please review the following terms carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use this site. The term "RepairsUniverse" or "us" or "we" or "our" refers to RepairsUniverse.com, the owner of the web site. The term "you" refers to the user or view of our web site. Repairs Universe reserves the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

Payment

Payment can be made by credit card, debit card, and PayPal. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discovery, and American Express.

All orders in the state of Nevada will be subject to 8.1% sales tax.

Shipping

We attempt to ship all items within 24 hours. Orders received before 4.00pm PST in most cases will be dispatched the same day.

Return or Exchange an Item

If you need to return or exchange an item please contact us first. RepairsUniverse is not responsible for products returned without prior contact. Please email sales@repairsuniverse.com for authorization.

As the return shipper you are responsible for making sure that the return package arrives to us safely, and without damage. We recommend you use UPS or USPS with a tracking or delivery confirmation service. We suggest fragile items that could get damaged in transit are sent using a protective box or are padded well. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges when returning an item for an exchange or refund. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We can not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Returns of all items must be made within 10 days of ordering. Items must be returned in new, and unused condition. Once we receive the items back they are inspected and checked for any damage. Once passed our inspection and tests a refund of the purchase price will be issued. If we receive returned items which are not in new, unused condition no refund will be issued and parts will be returned to you at your cost. All returns are subject to a 15% - 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non refundable.

All motherboard replacements and all repair tools are non refundable.

Anti-Fraud Policy

For all fraudulent and attempted fraudulent orders we will provide your IP (Computer Address) to the users ISP (Internet Service Provider), local authorities and will also report this activity to the International Anti-Fraud Task Force (IAFT), FBI, The perpetrator's local Police Department and The Internet Fraud Complaint Center (IFCC). Repairs Universe considers fraud a direct and serious threat. We do not take any effort to defraud lightly and will prosecute whenever and wherever possible to the fullest extent of the law.
