When you place your order, you will then be prompted to decide what your preferred shipping method is. Once you have chosen all the replacement parts you need, you can then decide how quickly you need them. We will combine all parts as best as possible to keep your shipping costs low, but be sure to include all parts in one order to get the best shipping price possible.
For US Customers, please choose from US options, which include standard shipping, priority shipping, or express shipping via the USPS. Be sure to note shipping times and calculate processing time as well. All shipping times are given by the USPS, and are approximate. All times apply to the continental USA only. Alaska and Hawaii address will take longer.
Most orders are shipped within one business day (24 hours) of order placement. Same day shipments are possible, depending on the time of day and your location. RepairsUniverse uses USPS for all shipments, which allows us to not only save you money on your shipping prices, but enables shipping to P.O. Boxes as well.

Any delays in receiving your order are due to carrier delays or incorrect or missing shipping information. Please double check the shipping address you enter to ensure on-time delivery. If you are ordering a part that is to be shipped outside our standard country list you can choose the "International Orders Checkout" option. This will allow you to pay with international credit cards, PayPal and bank wire transfers. GlobalShopex will then process your payment and guarantee delivery of your order. Once your order is complete, please direct all inquires to GlobalShopex at email@example.com or 786-314-7144.
Delivery to international addresses with GlobalShopEx is estimated within 5-28 business days. The shipping method used may vary depending on the location and availability, however a method that can be tracked is always preferred unless one cannot be used for the specific address.
The cost of shipping with GlobalShopEx varies depending on your shipping location. This cost will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
If you will be ordering multiple parts, to save on shipping, it is best to combine all orders into one. Each parcel carries with it a standard rate fee whereas an order placed at a later time will be shipped separately and incur additional shipping fees. Each additional item in a multiple order will incur a $1.00 handling charge.
We aim to ship all items within 24 hours of receiving your order. In most cases we dispatch the same day. When you place your order, please consider if it is the weekend or late in the day when calculating arrival times for your order.

Will I get tracking details?
Yes, you will be emailed tracking details once your item has been dispatched. We will email the address you provide when you placed your order. This allows you to keep track of where your order is at all times, and resolve any issues with the USPS directly.
I live outside the US. Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do, we have many orders from international customers and ship all over the world including, Canada, Europe, Asia, South America and Australia.
Can I get my order sent to a PO Box?
Yes this is fine. We use the United States Postal Service so we can ship to a PO Box address.
Do you ship to a APO / FPO address?
Yes, we have many orders from military personnel posted in various locations, can easily ship your order directly to you.
What if I provided an incorrect address?
You as the customer are responsible for providing the correct shipping address to ensure you receive your parts in a timely manner. Typically when this happens, we will receive the item back as undeliverable. If an item gets returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, you may be charged additional shipping charges for us to send it a second time. Please double-check to ensure that the address you provide is correct and up-to-date.
