When you use any Repairs Universe product or service, or send emails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by email or by posting notices on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
If you create an account on RepairsUniverse.com, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under 18, you may create/use a Repairs Universe account only with involvement of a parent or guardian. Repairs Universe reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in its sole discretion.
You may also create an account through Facebook's Facebook Connect service. (You must have an active Facebook account in order to access the Use through Facebook Connect), and you hereby represent and warrant that you have read and agreed to be bound by all applicable Facebook policies and will act in accordance with those policies, in addition to your obligations under this Agreement. If you access the Use through Facebook Connect, Repairs Universe may require that your Repairs Universe ID-Login be the same as your user name for Facebook. If you sign into Repairs Universe through Facebook Connect, you will provide your Facebook credentials to Repairs Universe, and you are consenting to have the information in that account transmitted into your Repairs Universe account, and you agree that you shall only use Facebook account owned by you, and not by any other person or entity.
Unless otherwise noted, all materials, including images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, video clips, and written and other materials that appear as part of this site (collectively, the "Contents") are Repair Universe's intellectual property and protected by copyright, trademark trade dress and/or other intellectual property laws. The Contents are owned, controlled or licensed by Repairs Universe and its subsidiaries (collectively, "Repairs Universe."). The site as a whole is protected by copyright and trade dress, all worldwide rights, titles and interests in and to which are owned by Repairs Universe.
You may not download, copy, reproduce, publish, transmit, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, sell or participate in any sale of, or exploit in any way, in whole or in part, any of the Contents, the site, or any related software.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Only parts in new, unused condition may be returned to Repairs Universe. Make sure to inspect your parts carefully upon receipt. Please make sure you test the part by connecting it to your device before you remove the warrant sticker. Absolutely no returns will be accepted after 30 days of the original receipt date. Absolutely no returns will be accepted if the warranty sticker has been removed. All parts returned to Repairs Universe for a refund will be subject to a 15% restocking fee (15% or a $5 minimum). (NO EXCEPTIONS). All Toys will be charged a 50% restocking fee (NO EXCEPTIONS). You must contact Repairs Universe, by completing the Contact Us form or via email, to obtain a return authorization (RMA). A Return Authorization number does not imply that credit or an exchange will be issued. It is only an authorization to return a part to us for evaluation. Any part returned to Repairs Universe with out the proper authorization or paperwork will either incur a restocking fee of 25% ( 25% of the part or $5 minimum). We reserve the right to reject any return based on its condition or non-compliance with our return policy. Repairs Universe is not responsible for parts returned without an authorization form. Any part returned to Repairs Universe without the proper authorization and paperwork included will either incur an additional restocking fee or be returned to the sender at their own cost. All return requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and we do not offer any return, refund, or exchange on motherboard replacements, hard drives, or repair tools that we sell.
Return Shipping Cost and Insurance
Shipping and insurance costs associated with returns are firmly the responsibility of the sender. As the return shipper you are responsible for making sure that the return package arrives to us safely, and without damage. Repairs Universe does, however, share the shipping costs associated with a return for a replacement. The customer is responsible for the return shipping and insurance (WE DO NOT ACCEPT C.O.D.DELIVERIES), while Repairs Universe will handle the costs associated with shipping the replacement part(s). We cannot offer everyday low, competitive prices, and absorb the full cost of handling return shipments.
If you have placed an order and need to cancel it for any reason please contact us immediately by phone and email. Once an order is in shipped status it cannot be canceled. All cancellations will incur a 10% or $2.50, whichever is greater, cancellation fee. All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to apply these changes free of charge after a certain point.
Risk of Loss
All parts purchased from Repairs Universe are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such parts pass to you upon our delivery to the courier.
Repairs Universe provides a 30 day limited exchange warranty on all parts it sells. Repairs Universe does not control the use of the parts it sells; therefore, there are no express warranties other then as stated for any particular part. We disclaim any implied warranties of merchantability or of fitness for any particular purpose. Since Repairs Universe cannot control the manner in which the parts it sells are used after their sale, we are not responsible for any consequential or incidental damages. The warranty provided does not apply to a part if damaged in any way by improper use, abuse, neglect, careless handling, or improper installation. The warranty is at Repairs Universe's sole discretion and only applies to exchanges for the same part. Part must be returned for the warranty to be applied. The warranty only applies to parts that the warranty sticker has not been removed.
Comments, Feedback and Other Submissions
We welcome your comments and feedback regarding our Site, our products and our services. We do not, however, accept confidential or proprietary information. Accordingly, all comments, feedback, ideas, suggestions, materials, information and other submissions disclosed, submitted or offered to Repairs Universe using this Site or otherwise (collectively, 'Comments') are not confidential and will become and remain Repairs Universe's property. The disclosure, submission or offer of any Comments will constitute an assignment to Repairs Universe of all worldwide rights, titles and interests and goodwill in the Comments without payment of any compensation. Comments submitted by you must not violate any right of any third party, and must not contain any libelous, abusive, obscene or otherwise unlawful material.
You may not reproduce, publish, transmit, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, sell or participate in any sale of, or exploit in any way, any of the Contents or the Site. Unauthorized use of the Contents is expressly prohibited by law, and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties.
RepairsUniverse.com is updated frequently to insure that you will view the latest products and pricing available. When placing an order you are agreeing to the listed price. No price adjustments can be made after an order is placed.
Repairs Universe attempts to be as accurate as possible and continually reviews RepairsUniverse.com for any mistakes or misrepresentations. However, Repairs Universe does not warrant that all product descriptions or other content is error-free. If a part offered by Repairs Universe is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
Part availability on RepairsUniverse.com, while very accurate, is not assured. If parts are not available by the time your order processes, we will notify you of this via e-mail. You can always verify availability by calling Customer Service at 1-866.925.2350 or by utilizing our Live Chat option via the link in the upper right-hand corner of our homepage. You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail once your parts have shipped.
Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability and Indemnity
CERTAIN STATE LAWS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IF THESE LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS, EXCLUSIONS, OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND YOU MIGHT HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.

RepairsUniverse.com sources high quality repair and replacement parts for certain mobile products including, but not limited to, Apple, Samsung, LG, Moto, and HTC ("Products"). The parts that RepairsUniverse.com sources are tested for functionality, quality and compatibility with the Products, but parts are not always original Products or parts. RepairsUniverse.com may sell many variations of quality grades of parts including, but not limited to: Generic, OEM, semi-OEM, refurbished, aftermarket, and others that are in new, like new, or used condition
All Products and company names are trademarks of their respective holders and RepairsUniverse.com is a third-party provider of parts and is not affiliated with the Products. E.g. iPhone, Apple, iPad, iPod, Mac are registered trademarks of Apple, Inc., Samsung and Galaxy are registered trademarks of Samsung. We use these trademarks only to the extent necessary for our customers to identify whether certain repair or replacement parts are compatible with the products owned by our customers
