Unsure how to determine which iPhone generation you have? With many of the generations of the iPhone looking and functioning so similar it can be difficult to tell one from another. Luckily there is a very simple way of determining which generation of iPhone you have and that is by searching the model number. On the back of every iPhone will be a four digit number which can be compared to the table below to determine the exact generation. You can also find the model number by going to Settings > General > About.
