TERMS & CONDITIONS
Effective: July 20, 2026 | Last updated: July 20, 2026
1. Who We Are and What These Terms Cover
Merchant. These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") are an agreement between you and Electronics Universe Inc, doing business as Repairs Universe ("Repairs Universe," "we," "us," or "our"). Our website is repairsuniverse.com (the "Site").
Scope. These Terms govern your access to the Site and your purchase of products from us. A mail-in repair, diagnostic, installation, wholesale, business-account, or other service may be governed by a separate written service authorization or commercial agreement. If a separate agreement expressly applies to a transaction, that agreement controls for that transaction to the extent of a conflict.
Version. These Terms become effective on July 20, 2026. The version affirmatively accepted at checkout governs that order. We will retain prior versions and make them available on request.
2. Agreement, Eligibility, and Checkout Acceptance
Site use. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to the provisions that govern Site use. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Purchase assent. Before placing an order, you must affirmatively accept these Terms through an unchecked agreement control presented with a conspicuous link to the then-current Terms. You may not place an order through a checkout path that bypasses this required assent.
Acceptance record. We may record and associate with your order the accepted Terms version, the checkout disclosure shown to you, the date and time of acceptance, order or checkout identifiers, IP address, browser or device information, sales channel, and other information reasonably necessary to document the transaction. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information.
Capacity. You represent that you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and have legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you order for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.
3. Order Documents and Priority
Your order may include these Terms, the product page, disclosures shown at checkout, the order confirmation, and any product-specific written warranty or safety notice (collectively, the "Order Documents"). Product-specific descriptions and express promises control over a more general provision in these Terms. These Terms control general ordering, shipping, return, and dispute procedures. Nothing in the Order Documents limits a right that cannot lawfully be limited.
Advertising, customer-service statements, and automated messages do not modify an order unless we confirm the modification in writing through an authorized channel.
4. Product Descriptions, Conditions, and Grades
Accurate listings. We aim to describe products accurately. A product must conform to the condition, grade, model, compatibility, quantity, and material features expressly stated on its product page at the time of purchase. We remain responsible for sending the wrong item or publishing a materially inaccurate description.
Condition and grade. A product page should use only a grade that is defined there or in the following list:
OEM Service Pack: a part represented as supplied in manufacturer-branded service packaging. This label does not imply that Repairs Universe is authorized by, sponsored by, or affiliated with the manufacturer.
OEM Pull: a genuine part removed from another device. It may have minor cosmetic signs consistent with removal or prior use, as disclosed.
Refurbished: a previously used component or core that has been inspected, repaired, reconditioned, or rebuilt. The product page should identify material replaced components when commercially significant.
Aftermarket Premium: a third-party replacement part represented as meeting the specifications and quality statements expressly listed on the product page; it is not an original manufacturer part unless expressly stated.
Aftermarket Standard: a third-party replacement part intended to meet the baseline specifications expressly listed on the product page; it is not an original manufacturer part unless expressly stated.
New: unused, subject to any clearly disclosed manufacturing, testing, or packaging conditions. "Like new," "used," "generic," "semi-OEM," or another label must not be used unless the product page clearly defines what that label means.
Images. Product images may be representative where variations do not affect compatibility or material performance. The written description controls, but a materially misleading image is not excused by this sentence.
No manufacturer affiliation. Manufacturer and product names are used only to identify compatibility unless the product page expressly states otherwise. Repairs Universe is an independent seller and is not affiliated with device manufacturers.
5. Compatibility and Customer-Supplied Information
You are responsible for identifying your device accurately, including the exact model number, carrier or regional variant, generation, size, and other attributes listed as relevant. A part ordered for the wrong device is not defective merely because it is incompatible with that device and is handled under the non-defective return rules in Section 11.
Compatibility tools, filters, and customer-service guidance depend on the information you provide. We remain responsible if our product page, selector, or written advice is materially inaccurate despite receiving accurate and complete device information from you.
6. Prices, Taxes, Promotions, and Listing Errors
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change before you place an order. Applicable taxes, duties, shipping charges, and other disclosed charges are calculated at checkout or collected as required by law. A static tax percentage displayed elsewhere on the Site is not a promise that the same rate applies to every transaction.
Promotions apply only as stated and may not be combined unless expressly allowed. We may correct a genuine pricing, inventory, or listing error before shipment. If we cannot honor the order as displayed, we will notify you and either obtain your agreement to a lawful correction or cancel the affected item and issue a full refund. We will not impose a cancellation fee when we cancel an order.
7. Order Submission, Acceptance, and Fraud Screening
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order; it is not acceptance. We accept an order when we send a shipment confirmation for the affected item, unless a different acceptance event is expressly stated at checkout.
All orders are subject to inventory availability, payment authorization, address review, and reasonable fraud or sanctions screening. We may request identity, address, or payment verification; hold fulfillment while a review is pending; limit quantities; or cancel an order we cannot verify. If we cancel, we will promptly issue a full refund to the original payment method. We may decline an order for a lawful, non-discriminatory reason.
8. Shipping Times, Backorders, and Partial Shipments
A shipping statement is an estimate or commitment only as expressly described on the product page or at checkout. Business days exclude weekends and applicable holidays. Carrier transit estimates begin after shipment and may be affected by destination, weather, customs, and carrier operations.
We will maintain a reasonable basis for any express or implied shipment promise. If we learn that we cannot ship within the promised period, we will provide a delay notice and a revised date when reasonably available, request any consent required by law, or cancel the affected item and issue a full and prompt refund. No cancellation or processing fee applies when we cannot ship as promised or an item is unavailable.
We may split an order into multiple shipments when this does not materially disadvantage you and does not increase the total shipping charge without your consent.
9. Delivery, Address Accuracy, Title, and Risk of Loss
You must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and any access information reasonably needed by the carrier. Contact us promptly if an address is wrong. We may be unable to change an address after fulfillment begins.
For consumer orders, title and risk of loss pass when the shipment is properly delivered to the address you provided, except to the extent applicable law provides otherwise. A carrier delivery scan, photograph, geolocation record, or signature is evidence of delivery but is not conclusive if the shipment was misdelivered or the record is demonstrably inaccurate.
We may require signature confirmation or another delivery control, particularly for higher-value or higher-risk orders. You are responsible for reasonable security after proper delivery. If tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate the package, notify us as soon as practical, preferably within 7 calendar days, so that we can preserve carrier evidence and investigate. This requested notice period does not eliminate a non-waivable right.
If a package is lost before proper delivery, we will provide a replacement or refund after a reasonable carrier investigation. If nondelivery results from an inaccurate address supplied by you, refusal of delivery, failure to collect a held package, or another circumstance within your control, we may deduct or collect our reasonable, documented reshipment or return costs to the extent permitted by law.
10. International Orders
International customers are responsible for accurate import information and for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, and lawful restrictions imposed by the destination country unless checkout expressly states otherwise. Customs processing may delay delivery.
Mandatory consumer laws of the customer's country or region may provide cancellation, conformity, refund, repair, replacement, or warranty rights that exceed these Terms. Those mandatory rights prevail. Repairs Universe should not actively target a jurisdiction unless its checkout, returns, product warranties, and privacy practices have been configured for that jurisdiction.
11. Non-Defective Returns Within 30 Days
Subject to the exclusions below, you may request a return of an eligible non-defective product within 30 calendar days after delivery. The product must be unused, uninstalled, unaltered, and returned with all original components. Protective films must remain in place; flex cables, connectors, seals, labels, and security markings must be intact; and the product must have no adhesive residue, mounting marks, scratches, bent components, torn cables, electrostatic or liquid damage, or other damage not present at delivery.
Restocking fee. A 20% restocking fee applies only to an accepted, non-defective change-of-mind return. No restocking fee applies to a product confirmed to be defective, damaged in transit, materially not as described, or incorrectly shipped, or when a fee is prohibited by law.
Non-refundable charges. Original expedited-shipping charges and similar optional services are not refundable on a change-of-mind return. Standard shipping is refundable when required by law or when the return results from our error.
Final-sale categories. An opened consumable, chemical, adhesive, thermal material, battery, screen protector, sanitary item, or other product may be final sale for change-of-mind purposes only if the product page clearly labels it final sale before purchase and the restriction is lawful. A final-sale label does not eliminate remedies for a product that arrives defective, damaged, unsafe, materially misdescribed, or incorrect.
12. Return Authorization and Return Shipping
Contact Customer Support before returning a product and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") and return instructions. An RMA helps us identify the order and does not guarantee a refund or replacement before inspection. An RMA is valid for 14 calendar days unless we state otherwise.
For a non-defective change-of-mind return, you are responsible for tracked return shipping, insurance appropriate to the value, and safe packaging. For a U.S. return involving a product we reasonably determine may be defective, damaged in transit, materially not as described, or incorrectly shipped, we will reimburse a reasonable standard return shipping cost. We do not provide prepaid return labels — ship the return with the carrier of your choice, tracked and insured. International return costs are handled under applicable law and the instructions we provide.
Do not send a return cash-on-delivery or to an address that we have not authorized. An unauthorized package may be refused or returned at the sender's documented cost, but we do not impose an additional percentage penalty merely because an RMA was omitted. No return instruction limits a non-waivable legal right.
13. Inspection, Refunds, and Rejected Returns
We ordinarily inspect a returned product within 5 business days after it is received. We may compare it with order records, outbound photographs, serial numbers, lot numbers, warranty or security markings, weight records, and objective condition criteria. We may document the inspection with time-stamped photographs or video.
If a return passes inspection, we will issue the applicable refund to the original payment method within 5 business days, subject to normal payment-processor posting times. A non-defective return may be reduced by the disclosed 20% restocking fee and permitted non-refundable charges. A confirmed defective, damaged, materially misdescribed, or incorrect item receives the remedy stated in Sections 15 and 17 without a restocking fee.
If a return fails inspection, we will notify you of the specific reason and, where practicable, provide supporting photographs. A substituted or serial-mismatched item may be rejected. An installed or customer-damaged item is not eligible for a change-of-mind refund but may still be evaluated under the Limited Warranty if the claimed defect is not caused by the installation or damage.
We will not intentionally retain both the merchandise and the full purchase price without providing a lawful basis and reasonable next step. We may hold a rejected item for 30 days after notice so that you can provide a prepaid return label or other instruction. After that period, we may dispose of or recycle it as permitted by law.
14. Test Before Installation
Repair parts should be tested before installation whenever the product and device permit a safe dry test. Connect the part and verify basic function before removing protective films, applying adhesive, folding or routing flex cables into their installed position, or permanently mounting the part. Follow electrostatic-discharge precautions and product-specific safety instructions.
Installation makes a product ineligible for a change-of-mind refund because installation can alter the product and make its original condition difficult to verify. Installation does not conclusively establish that a product was defect-free and does not waive coverage for a latent or otherwise covered defect. Damage caused by installation, incompatible equipment, improper tools, excessive force, liquids, heat, static discharge, or other misuse is not a product defect.
15. Defective, Damaged, Incorrect, or Not-as-Described Products
Contact Customer Support within the applicable 30-day return or warranty period and provide the order number, device model, a description of the issue, troubleshooting already performed, and reasonable photographs or video. We may ask you to perform safe, non-destructive diagnostic steps.
Except for a hazardous battery or another product we instruct you not to ship, obtain an RMA and return the claimed product for inspection before a refund or replacement is due. No refund or replacement is ordinarily issued while the merchandise remains in your possession, unless we waive return, applicable law requires a different result, or immediate action is appropriate for safety.
If we confirm that a product arrived defective, damaged in transit, materially not as described, or incorrect, we will, at no charge, replace it with the same or a reasonably equivalent product. If a replacement is unavailable, cannot be provided within a reasonable time, or fails to provide the promised remedy, we will issue a full refund for the affected product and any shipping amount required by law. No restocking fee applies.
We may deny coverage to the extent reliable evidence shows that the reported condition was caused after delivery by improper installation, accident, misuse, alteration, incompatible equipment, or other excluded conduct. We will explain a denial with reasonable specificity.
16. Damaged or Unsafe Lithium Batteries
Do not mail or otherwise ship a lithium battery that is swollen, punctured, crushed, leaking, unusually hot, smoking, or otherwise unsafe. Stop using it, keep it away from flammable material, do not place it in household trash, and follow instructions from local emergency or hazardous-waste authorities when appropriate.
Contact Customer Support and provide photographs or video sufficient to identify the battery and condition. We may process the claim without a physical return and will provide case-specific handling or disposal guidance. Nothing in these Terms requires you to violate carrier, hazardous-material, or safety rules.
17. 30-Day Limited Warranty
Warrantor. This Limited Warranty is provided by Electronics Universe Inc, doing business as Repairs Universe, at 6000 S. Eastern Ave, 6A, Las Vegas, NV 89119, telephone 1-888-546-7481, email customerservice@repairsuniverse.com.
Products and persons covered. This warranty covers an eligible consumer repair part sold by Repairs Universe when the product page states that the warranty applies. It covers the original consumer purchaser. A product-specific warranty that gives greater protection controls over this section.
Warranty period. Coverage lasts 30 calendar days beginning on the date the product is delivered.
What is covered. The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship and a failure to conform materially to the written product description during the warranty period, under normal and proper use.
What we will do. After receiving the information and product required by Section 15, we will replace a covered product with the same or a reasonably equivalent product without charge. If replacement is unavailable, cannot be provided within a reasonable time, or does not provide the promised remedy, we will refund the price paid for the affected product and any additional amount required by law. These are the remedies provided by this written warranty, subject to any additional rights under applicable law.
How to obtain service. Contact Customer Support at customerservice@repairsuniverse.com or 1-888-546-7481 within the warranty period. Provide proof of purchase, the order number, device model, a description of the issue, and reasonable photographs or video. Obtain an RMA and return the product when requested. For an apparently covered U.S. claim, we will reimburse a reasonable standard return shipping cost. We do not provide prepaid return labels — ship the return with the carrier of your choice, tracked and insured. See Section 16 for unsafe batteries.
What is not covered. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper installation or removal, excessive force, misuse, neglect, liquids, corrosion, electrostatic discharge, incompatible hardware or software, unauthorized alteration, improper storage, failure to follow safety instructions, or normal cosmetic wear. The exclusion applies only to the extent the excluded event caused or materially contributed to the problem. Work by a third party does not automatically void coverage. Removal of a label or security marking bars coverage only if it prevents reliable identification or is evidence of tampering materially related to the claim.
Implied warranties. To the extent permitted by law, any implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the 30-day duration of this Limited Warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this limitation may not apply to you.
Damages limitation. To the extent permitted by law, Repairs Universe is not responsible under this Limited Warranty for incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to you.
State-law rights. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state. Mandatory rights outside the United States also remain available.
Pre-sale availability. This complete warranty must be available through a conspicuous link on each covered product page and before checkout.
18. Store Credit and Promotional Credit
A store credit issued as an agreed return remedy or customer-service accommodation does not expire and is not subject to a dormancy fee unless a shorter period or fee is expressly permitted by applicable law and conspicuously disclosed before issuance. Store credit is not redeemable for cash except where required by law. Promotional credit that is not issued in exchange for money or returned merchandise may have a disclosed expiration date.
19. Payments, Refunds, and Duplicate Credits
You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the amounts disclosed at checkout. Payment authorization may occur before order acceptance. If an order is canceled or a refund is approved, we will send the credit to the original payment method unless that method cannot lawfully or technically receive it.
If you receive both a merchant refund and a separate provisional or final credit for the same amount, the duplicate may be reversed by the payment provider or we may seek repayment of the duplicate through lawful means. We will not impose a fee merely because you asserted a good-faith payment dispute.
20. Customer Support and Payment Disputes
We ask that you contact Customer Support before initiating a payment dispute for an item claimed to be defective, not as described, or not received, and allow up to 5 business days for a response where doing so is practical. This request does not waive, reduce, or delay any right to notify a card issuer, bank, payment provider, regulator, court, or other authority, and you should not miss an applicable deadline in order to contact us first.
In responding to a payment dispute, we may provide the payment provider with transaction records reasonably relevant to the claim, including the accepted Terms version and checkout disclosure, acceptance timestamp, order and device information, IP or browser information, product-page snapshot, fulfillment and delivery records, correspondence, RMA history, inspection photographs, serial or security-mark records, and refund or replacement records.
A payment dispute does not by itself establish that either party is correct and is not an agreement that you owe an additional fee. After the dispute and any related refund are finally resolved, an undisputed amount that remains lawfully due may be collected through lawful means.
21. Accounts and Acceptable Site Use
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for activity you authorize. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access. We may suspend or close an account for fraud, abuse, security risk, unlawful conduct, or material violation of these Terms.
You may not interfere with the Site, bypass access or checkout controls, introduce malicious code, scrape the Site in a manner that materially burdens it, use another person's identity or payment method without authority, submit false claims, substitute merchandise in a return, or use the Site for unlawful activity.
22. Electronic Communications and Records
You consent to receive order-related records and communications electronically at the email address or phone number you provide, subject to applicable law. Electronic signatures and records may have the same legal effect as paper records and handwritten signatures.
You are responsible for maintaining an email address and device capable of receiving and retaining the records we provide. You may request a copy of the Terms version associated with your order. We will retain acceptance and transaction records in a form reasonably capable of accurate reproduction for the applicable business and legal retention period.
23. Text Messages
If you separately consent to transactional text messages, message frequency varies with order activity; message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Consent to transactional or marketing texts is not a condition of purchase unless a message is strictly necessary to complete a customer-requested transaction and the law allows it.
Marketing text messages require a separate, conspicuous consent that identifies the sender and program. Acceptance of these Terms alone is not marketing-text consent. Additional program terms and the Privacy Policy apply.
24. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes the categories of personal information we collect, why we collect it, the categories of third parties with whom it is shared, cookies and tracking, security practices, retention, rights and choices, and how to submit a Nevada or other applicable privacy request. The Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference for notice purposes but does not reduce a right provided by law.
Do not publish this section until the Privacy Policy has been rewritten to reflect the store's actual Shopify, payment, analytics, advertising, fraud-prevention, messaging, fulfillment, and customer-support data flows and the current legal entity and contact address.
25. Repair Guides, Installation, and Safety
Repair parts are intended for installation by persons with appropriate skill, tools, and safety knowledge. Repair guides and support information are general educational materials and cannot account for every device condition. Use a qualified technician when you are not competent to perform a repair safely.
You assume the risk of damage caused by your installation decisions or failure to follow instructions. This assumption does not excuse a defective product or our own negligence and does not limit a right that cannot lawfully be limited. Disconnect power where appropriate, use eye and electrostatic protection, and follow all product, battery, chemical, and disposal warnings.
California residents should review any Proposition 65 warning displayed on the applicable product page or packaging.
26. Intellectual Property and Trademarks
The Site and its original text, graphics, photographs, videos, designs, software, and compilations are owned by or licensed to Repairs Universe and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the Site for personal or internal business purchasing purposes but may not reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit protected content without permission, except as allowed by law.
Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners. Their use identifies product compatibility or subject matter and does not imply sponsorship or affiliation.
27. Reviews, Feedback, and User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Repairs Universe a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, adapt for formatting, and use that content to operate, improve, and promote the Site and products, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
You represent that you have the rights needed to submit the content and that it is not unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, infringing, or malicious. We may moderate or remove content for a lawful reason, but we are not obligated to do so. We will not condition a warranty remedy on the suppression of an honest review.
28. Third-Party Services and Links
The Site may use or link to third-party payment, shipping, analytics, social-media, financing, or other services. Their separate terms and privacy practices may apply. We are not responsible for an independent third party's acts, but this sentence does not excuse our responsibility for vendors acting on our behalf where the law makes us responsible.
29. Site Disclaimer
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE AND GENERAL SITE CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DO NOT PROMISE THAT THE SITE WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM HARMFUL CODE. THIS SITE DISCLAIMER DOES NOT APPLY TO PRODUCTS, DOES NOT REPLACE THE LIMITED WARRANTY IN SECTION 17, AND DOES NOT DISCLAIM A WARRANTY OR REMEDY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE DISCLAIMED.
30. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REPAIRS UNIVERSE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM A PRODUCT, THE SITE, OR THESE TERMS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR A CLAIM RELATING TO A PRODUCT WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THAT PRODUCT.
THESE LIMITATIONS DO NOT APPLY TO DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY, FRAUD, WILLFUL MISCONDUCT, GROSS NEGLIGENCE, A DEFECTIVE-PRODUCT CLAIM THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE LIMITED, A STATUTORY REMEDY THAT CANNOT BE WAIVED, OR AN OBLIGATION TO PROVIDE A REFUND, REPLACEMENT, OR OTHER REMEDY EXPRESSLY PROMISED IN THESE TERMS. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OR ALL OF THIS SECTION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
31. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you will indemnify and defend Repairs Universe against a third-party claim arising from your unlawful use of the Site, content you submit that infringes another person's rights, fraud, merchandise substitution, or a material breach of these Terms. This section does not require you to indemnify us for our product defect, negligence, willful misconduct, or violation of law.
32. Governing Law and Venue
Nevada law governs these Terms and transactions with Repairs Universe, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent federal law applies or the law of your state, country, or region provides a non-waivable consumer protection. Subject to those non-waivable rights, a judicial proceeding relating to these Terms or an order must be brought in a state or federal court located in Clark County, Nevada. Either party may bring an eligible claim in small-claims court, and this section does not prevent a consumer from using a forum that applicable law requires be available.
These Terms do not contain an arbitration agreement or class-action waiver. Any future addition of such a provision must be separately reviewed by counsel, conspicuously disclosed, applied prospectively, and supported by a valid assent process.
33. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms prospectively. The revision date and version number will appear at the top. A revised version applies to an order only if you affirmatively accept it for that order or the law otherwise permits. We will not retroactively change the material terms governing a completed purchase merely by posting a new version.
34. Miscellaneous
If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remainder will remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Headings are for convenience. These Terms and the applicable Order Documents are the entire agreement regarding their subject matter and replace prior statements on that subject, except that they do not eliminate fraud or a non-waivable right.
You may not assign an order or these Terms in a manner that materially increases our burden without consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, asset sale, reorganization, or transfer of the business, subject to applicable privacy and consumer laws.
Neither party is liable for a delay caused by an event beyond reasonable control, but this sentence does not excuse a refund, delay notice, safety response, or other obligation that applicable law requires.
